Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aurlume! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (US Mainland): Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Aurlume is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Each metal vase is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. If you receive your order damaged or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hi@aurlume.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for you.
